You will manage holistic program progress, budgets, milestones, communications, risks, and dependencies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of program management documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine value and set strategic initiatives.
• Drive projects from scratch, defining RACI, execution plans, milestones, and risks.
• Conduct knowledge transfer activities to ensure team alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Scrum and agile implementation.
• Retail industry experience.
• Strong communication skills for leadership presentations.
• Ability to drive projects independently to completion.
• Technical understanding sufficient to manage work and tasks.
