Description

You will lead large-scale ERP implementations involving multiple vendors and state stakeholders in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple workstreams and integrated master schedules to ensure coordinated delivery of project milestones.
• Maintain master documentation for system functionality, business processes, workflows, and role-based permissions.
• Establish and maintain RAID logs and RACI matrices to manage risks, actions, issues, and decisions.
• Oversee system configuration, testing phases, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure vendor defect resolution.
• Monitor vendor performance, manage project budgets, and execute formal change control processes for scope changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT consulting or management.
• Direct experience implementing recent HCM and Payroll modules on a tier one ERP solution.
• Proven track record managing large-scale implementation projects with multiple third-party vendors.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing people and eliciting cooperation from senior management.
• Ability to manage budget and financial processes for complex programs.
• Strong technical documentation skills for application support procedures and user account management.
• Expertise in maintaining RAID logs and RACI matrices.
• Any graduate degree.
