Description

You will steward the PMed Team's overall program timelines, study pull-through, and team efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning, development, and execution of integrated cross-functional PMed Plans supporting asset strategy.
• Apply PM best practices across project lifecycle stages, driving trade-off decisions for execution.
• Co-lead content creation for cross-functional reviews like technical reviews and Governance meetings.
• Conduct critical path analysis, challenging assumptions and holding teams accountable for inflection points.
• Drive risk management and communication plans, ensuring on-time delivery across scope, time, and budget.

Required Skills

• Project Management methodology application.
• SOPs adherence.
• Experience leading Agile teams.
• Ability to pivot based on scientific or strategic data changes.
• Experience driving cross-functional integration between Evidence Generation and Product Teams.
• PhD and/or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant PM experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years, OR Associate's degree with 6 years.
