Description

You will manage ServiceNow application updates, releases, and business change requests.

Responsibilities

• Review business change requests and document technical IT change details for the product.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to resolve information gaps and prioritize change execution.
• Organize changes into sprints with implementing teams and manage timely delivery across multiple groups.
• Manage release, test, and change management processes, including ServiceNow version upgrades and daily operational support.
• Communicate timelines for upcoming releases and proactively escalate risks or delays.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow environments.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and sprint organization.
• Experience coordinating release, test, and change management workflows.
• Ability to manage documentation and sign-offs according to internal IT processes.
• Proven track record of managing multiple teams and stakeholder communications.
• University degree in any field.
