Description

You will lead the implementation of ServiceNow as a new work management system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, monitor, and schedule all activities involved in the system implementation.
• Translate business functions and processes into detailed system requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, develop agendas, and lead group presentations.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc status reports covering tasks, action items, due dates, and budget items.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading successful system implementations.
• PMP certification.
• Direct experience with ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Strong skills in group facilitation and presentation.
• Experience developing and executing new system implementation plans.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in higher-education environments.
