Description

You will manage the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow modules to support HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and identify process pain points.
• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, including troubleshooting and implementing improvements.
• Conduct training sessions for HR staff to ensure effective tool utilization.
• Work with IT teams to integrate HR processes with other business applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a technical or project management role.
• Technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and/or Employee Service Management modules.
• Proven track record implementing ServiceNow solutions within a Human Resources setting.
• Ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and creative solution design skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
