Description

You will manage a grant-funded project focused on recruiting, implementing, and evaluating treatment homes and wraparound services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community engagement contractors to inform treatment home options.
• Manage the contracting process to ensure appropriate vendor selection for service delivery.
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Create and manage processes to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of services.
• Aggregate and analyze data from service organizations to produce consumable summary reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a project management role.
• Proven experience managing process development.
• Experience managing vendor contracting processes.
• Experience evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of primary project deliverables.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• B.S. or B.A. degree, or an Associate's degree with 5 additional years of relevant experience.
