You will lead the planning and implementation of software development projects within the insurance sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Facilitate regular meetings, providing status updates and addressing risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
• Implement and manage project change requests systematically.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the insurance industry, focused on software development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Trello.
• Experience managing projects related to insurance products or regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
