Manage project delivery processes and program-level planning to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with organizational standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed program-level plans and manage governance structures to guide individual projects.
• Drive adherence to delivery standards, including change, issue, risk, and quality management.
• Develop and manage communication plans covering content, frequency, and audience channels.
• Streamline delivery processes and standardize requests across partners.
• Set up SharePoint program sites for document retention and manage program management functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Expert knowledge of project management principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proven experience handling at least 2-3 Oracle Fusion projects.
• Full proficiency in MS Project.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Intimate knowledge of delivery methods and standards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build project management functions from scratch.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex program-level governance structures.
• Background in establishing delivery standards from the ground up.
