This is a Project Management role — NOT a developer or tools-administrator position.

Key Requirements:
• 7–10 years of Project Management experience
• Supply Chain / ERP / Distribution Center experience required
• Healthcare industry experience required
• Proven experience managing complex projects end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
• Excellent experience with Smartsheet, PowerPoint & Excel
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, Waterfall & Hybrid delivery models
• Strong SDLC and Product Development lifecycle knowledge
• Ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks & dependencies
• Strong leadership, collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and influence without formal authority
• E-commerce / Portal technology experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP is a plus

Responsibilities:
• Lead large, cross-functional Supply Chain / ERP initiatives
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables
• Prepare weekly status reports and executive-level updates
• Facilitate project meetings and drive action items to completion
• Partner with business, technical, product and vendor teams
• Support business cases, MVP definitions and product roadmaps
• Identify roadblocks and proactively drive projects toward successful delivery
