Description

Lead large-scale, end-to-end technology projects and complex system migrations in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Execute multiple concurrent projects or large-scale end-to-end system implementations.
• Develop and execute project resource plans to ensure optimal staffing and timing.
• Manage customer expectations and maintain high levels of stakeholder trust.
• Navigate political environments and interact directly with senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in project management roles.
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Unit or BU-facing role.
• Proven experience in technology transformation and migration projects.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, PMI, or Prince II.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency with project planning tools.
• Experience managing complex E2E projects involving multiple systems.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar domain.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in wholesale banking payments (domestic and international) and transaction banking.
• Experience with ISO20022 based payment systems, instant payment schemes, or ASEAN payments and collections schemes.
