Description

Lead end-to-end project delivery for office migration, new entity setup, and infrastructure transitions across Singapore and Japan.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical office setup, workplace infrastructure, and end-user environment deployment.
• Drive infrastructure build and migration, including Azure cloud environments, Active Directory, Intune, and Azure VDI.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and regional teams to ensure timely execution.
• Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets while providing regular status reporting.
• Oversee migration activities to ensure minimal disruption and smooth cutover and post-migration stabilization.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management.
• Proven experience in office setup, workplace rollout, or infrastructure migration projects.
• Hands-on exposure to Azure (IaaS), Active Directory, and Intune.
• Strong experience managing multi-country or cross-regional projects, preferably in APAC.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
