Description

Manage MEP construction projects, ensuring multi-project plans align with operations and milestones.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Produce project-based and multi-project plans using Microsoft Project for large works and new builds.
• Communicate multi-project plans to the operations team to coordinate with scheduled PM activities.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using strong interpersonal skills.
• Solve problems and make decisions while managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of MEP-focused project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Proven experience in project management for large works, new builds, or milestone projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial industry or Data Center environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, preferably electrical engineering or building services.
