Description

You will manage project timelines, creative milestones, and technical deliverables within an Agile development environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create project timelines and manage development milestones to ensure deliverables meet set dates.
• Partner with development teams and Scrum Masters to track sprint progress and understand technical limitations.
• Balance client requirements with agency needs while managing external vendors for assigned projects.
• Communicate project status, cost, and timing issues clearly to product and account leads.
• Identify and resolve technical problems through proactive discussion with engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience leading projects in a technical environment.
• 7+ years of experience leading projects in an Agile development environment.
• Experience with Pega platform implementation.
• Direct experience working with creative teams and development engineers.
• Knowledge of web and mobile technologies.
• Experience working within digital marketing and media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Pega CSA or BA certification.
