Description

Manage large-scale enterprise IT transformation projects for Medical Services and Child Support program areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and data analyst teams through the design, development, and implementation of information systems.
• Define business and technological requirements by consulting product owners, subject matter experts, and scrum teams.
• Coordinate development teams and external vendors to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Establish project governance and monitoring controls to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor state personnel in project management practices and provide strategic direction for enterprise IT implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing information technology solutions.
• Proven experience with project design, development, and implementation.
• PMI certification (PMP) or equivalent professional experience.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience applying project management and governance principles to complex projects.
• Ability to manage both large-scale enterprise IT projects and smaller-scale initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in a relevant field.
