Description

Manage information system transformation projects for Medical Services or Child Support program areas, leading business and data analysts through design, development, and implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define business and technological requirements by consulting with product owners, subject matter experts, and scrum teams.
• Coordinate development teams and vendors to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Maintain project governance, monitoring controls, and ensure delivery remains on time and within budget.
• Provide strategic direction for enterprise-level IT implementations and mentor state personnel in project management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing information technology solutions.
• Proven experience applying project management and project governance principles.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience managing both large-scale enterprise IT projects and smaller-scale initiatives.
• PMP certification or equivalent professional working experience.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including data analysts.
