Description

Lead complex, high-risk projects with large budgets and cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale project budgets and provide accurate financial forecasts to management.
• Lead internal and external project teams of over 20 people across multiple countries.
• Maintain upper-level stakeholder relationships and represent the organization to external clients.
• Mentor project team members and provide detailed performance reviews and development recommendations.
• Drive process improvements and establish policies through in-depth evaluation of complex business issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project management or similar roles.
• PMP Certification.
• Proven success leading large-scale business process, software development, or data modeling projects.
• Deep understanding of supply chain, procurement, finance, and operations.
• Working knowledge of supply chain systems, business intelligence, master data management, and product costing.
• Technical proficiency in Fiori, SAP HANA S4, MS Access, Power BI, Tableau, and JIRA.
• Experience implementing Product Costing and Procurement business processes.
• Knowledge of SAP modules including Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), or Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC).
• Familiarity with cost elements, activity types, variance analysis, Bill of Materials, and Material Master.

Preferred Skills

• Extensive use of Excel and PowerPoint for data management and reporting.
