Description

You will manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through go-live and closure, ensuring timely delivery of system implementations and operational changes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, manufacturing, IT, and external vendors.
• Track KPIs, risks, issues, and overall project performance metrics to ensure alignment with goals.
• Provide weekly status updates and communicate project progress clearly to leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and portfolio management updates.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience (5+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, or operations environments.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
