Description

You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle for complex IT and digital transformation projects, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables for large or complex IT/web initiatives.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Developers, Designers, QA, and Analysts to ensure alignment.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee testing, launch activities, and post-launch support, ensuring proper documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing large or complex IT or web projects.
• Strong expertise in Project Management using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with project planning tools such as Jira or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of the web development lifecycle.
• Ability to manage website or digital transformation projects effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing government or public sector projects.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and CMS platforms like Drupal.
