Description

Lead planning and coordination for a large-scale organizational building move, managing scope, budget, and stakeholder alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop a cross-functional move plan defining roles, responsibilities, and stakeholder approaches.
• Manage the daily schedule, budget, scope, and quality of the relocation project.
• Coordinate archival of historical documents, disposal of private data, and digitization of client files.
• Direct Information Services staff to develop a Laserfiche repository for file storage.
• Track project progress, monitor hours, and report on budget, risks, issues, and decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a project management role.
• Proven experience managing building moves involving client data and personnel records.
• Intermediate-level proficiency with MS Project.
• Intermediate-level proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• B.S. or B.A. degree, or an Associate degree with 5 additional years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing projects within state, county, city governments, or the non-profit sector.
• PMP certification from PMI or other recognized Project Management certification.
