Description

You will lead the end-to-end execution of complex, mission-critical technical projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including resource assignments, milestones, and critical path tracking.
• Identify and remove team impediments using agile methodologies to ensure sprint goals are met.
• Manage scope changes through formal change control procedures and update integrated project plans.
• Oversee SOW deliverables and report project costs and forecasts to leadership.
• Act as a liaison between customers, operations, and technology teams to ensure clear communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience leading technical projects from inception to final delivery.
• Strong command of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as ServiceNow, MS TFS, and MS Project.
• Advanced understanding of technology layers, including OS, database, application, and network layers.
• Experience in budget management, schedule management, and change management processes.
• Ability to tailor technical messaging for both engineering teams and executive-level stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
