Description

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

10+ years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives.

7+ years of proven experience managing:

Site transition projects

Technology transformation programs

Infrastructure migration initiatives

Enterprise application implementations

Large-scale IT deployment projects

5+ years of strong experience coordinating multiple cross-functional technical and business teams.

8+ years of demonstrated expertise in:

Project planning

Dependency management

RAID management

Executive reporting

Governance

Stakeholder management

5+ years of strong understanding of:

Technology cutovers

Infrastructure transitions

Application migrations

Site readiness planning

Operational support models

Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations without direct authority.

Experience working in fast-paced enterprise transformation programs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading M&A integration, divestiture, site separation, or technology carve-out initiatives.

Experience managing technology transitions involving ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) as key program dependencies.

Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Manufacturing, or other regulated industries.

Experience working with enterprise PMO governance models.
