Description

You will lead Oracle Cloud Finance implementation projects to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular project updates.
• Oversee configuration, setup, and enhancements across GL, AR, AP, and Cash modules.
• Coordinate testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance to ensure defect-free deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, risks, budget, and guide change management and training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in finance-technology transformations.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, RMCS, EPM, and ERP Modules.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong project management skills managing distributed or cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting financial processes and systems integration.
• Experience with change management, testing, and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
