Description

Manage project delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams, business partners, and developers to resolve defects and technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end validation across backend systems and third-party vendors.
  • Host status meetings and ad hoc working sessions to drive project progress.
  • Collaborate with developers and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in functional testing and manual testing.
  • Experience with QA automation and implementing QA processes.
  • Strong technical writing skills for creating training material and documentation.
  • Ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in retail or online store environments.
  • Proficiency with Keynote for presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
