Description

You will manage the FMD program implementation roadmap and oversee sprint releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive and track program implementation roadmaps while managing sprint releases.
• Define program plans and provide oversight for all tasks and action items.
• Lead the test strategy for user acceptance by creating and executing test scripts.
• Monitor project progress and adjust timelines to meet business needs.
• Manage production support escalations and facilitate workshops with key partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working within Agile scrum frameworks.
• Ability to create and execute test scripts for user acceptance testing.
• Experience managing production support escalations.
• Proven ability to coordinate and facilitate partner workshops.
• Degree in any field.
