Description

You will lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of technical solutions to meet user requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements for system enhancements and new projects.
• Create "as is" and "to be" models of system functionality and processes.
• Perform gap analysis and develop transition plans from current to future states.
• Facilitate testing of new functionality and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
• Manage enhancement sprint planning and coordinate with solution teams to optimize resource utilization.

Required Skills

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Ability to evaluate, develop, and implement technical solutions.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to create testing strategies.
• Ability to work in a project-driven environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as a liaison between stakeholders and IT teams.
