Description

You will manage the full project lifecycle for multiple construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery from inception to closeout.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, budgeting, design, execution, and closeout for 4–12 simultaneous projects with budgets ranging from $10K to under $1M.
• Support engineers by handling administrative tasks, allowing technical teams to focus on engineering work.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and internal teams, coordinating progress and resources.
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Provide guidance on construction sequencing and execution strategies, including travel to project sites approximately once per month.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in construction-related projects.
• Proven experience with brownfield projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing budgets under $1M.
