You will manage complex supply chain projects from initiation through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define work effort, estimate scope, and develop execution plans for complex projects.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI tracking.
• Monitor, track, and ensure the delivery of quality control, taking corrective action when needed.
• Orchestrate meetings across multiple areas to develop risk mitigation strategies and resolve critical issues.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, building partnerships with developers, architects, and QA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency in established project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience owning and managing project budgets, anticipating and resolving financial issues.
• Ability to articulate complex regulatory and project risks to management.
• Experience leading high-performance, cross-functional teams.
• Skill in negotiating resolutions with Business, Development, and Testing managers.
• Strong ability to influence change and address progress barriers.
• Experience reviewing, assessing, and communicating quality assurance planning.
