Description

Manage enterprise-wide technical and clinical integration projects from inception to completion.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and responsibilities using responsibility assignment matrices.
• Develop and control project schedules by sequencing activities and estimating resource duration.
• Manage project budgets, performance reporting, and risk identification.
• Act as a liaison between technology and business teams to prioritize requirements.
• Execute change management strategies, including documentation, training materials, and end-user support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing complex technical/clinical integration projects.
• Proficiency in Scope Management and Integration Management.
• Experience with Human Resource Management and team mentorship.
• Strong background in Communications Management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability in Change Management and creating training documentation.
• Strong technical skills or a background in IT.
• Ability to manage multiple clinical and vendor stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience with structured processes, including Project Charters and status deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
