Description

Lead large-scale Contact Center technology migrations and manage end-to-end project lifecycles within a state government environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop project charters and identify technology solutions to meet business goals.
• Manage budgeting, project planning, and resource allocation for complex migrations.
• Interface with technology teams, executive leadership, and external managed services providers.
• Lead workshops, design sessions, and problem-solving meetings while maintaining project documentation.
• Drive internal business and technology updates, including status reports and performance communications.

Required Skills

• PMP Certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale Contact Center technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with Contact Center solutions such as Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Five9, or NICE InContact.
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale Contact Center efforts within state government environments.
• Proven ability to apply and adapt project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong analytical, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present technical ideas in business-friendly language.

Preferred Skills

• 4-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
