Description

Lead large-scale IT projects through the full software development lifecycle, managing analysis, design, and programming phases. Manage project milestones, adjust plans and resources to meet customer requirements, and monitor work efforts to ensure quality and timeline adherence. Collaborate with end-users and subject matter experts to document processes and identify necessary changes. Communicate project updates via oral and written reports to technical staff, executive management, and users.

• Assemble project plans, assign teamwork tasks, and monitor work efforts to ensure quality and timeline adherence.
• Communicate project updates via oral and written reports to technical staff, executive management, and users.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Requisite Pro, Clear Quest, and Clear Case.
• 10+ years of experience using Microsoft Visio, Word, and Excel.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• 7+ years of experience directing work efforts and performing quality reviews.
• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Project to track and maintain projects.
• 5+ years of experience with Cache Server Pages, SQL, and Crystal Reports.
• 5+ years of experience with health applications.
• 5+ years of experience using the Rational Unified Process (RUP).
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
