Description

Lead large-scale projects across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and quality constraints.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate diverse project teams to drive initiatives toward overall objectives.
• Manage project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and present status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and manage all associated project documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale projects with diverse teams.
• 10+ years of experience using Microsoft Project for tracking and maintenance.
• 10+ years of experience developing project plans via work breakdown structures.
• PMP Certification.
• 5+ years of experience with Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in meeting facilitation and documentation.
• 5+ years of experience creating and presenting status reports.
• 5+ years of experience in Risk and Issue Management.
• Proven experience working with public sector clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and collaborative communication skills.
