Description

Manage resource-loaded projects and ensure compliance with PMO standards and Florida Administrative Code Chapter 60GG-1.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Lead JAD sessions to document As-Is and To-Be business processes.
• Manage project spend, resource allocation, and risk/issue tracking.
• Present progress reports and status updates to executive leadership.
• Drive implementation of business process improvement recommendations.

Required Skills

• PMP® Certification.
• 5+ years managing large-scale projects with diverse teams.
• 5+ years experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Jira.
• 5+ years applying PMO methodologies and documentation standards.
• 5+ years facilitating meetings and documenting outcomes.
• 5+ years managing project risks and issues.
• 5+ years creating and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and DocuSign.
• Experience with JAD and PMO processes.
