What's the Job?

• Coordinate across Priority Cohort leaders and workstream owners to manage intake, planning, and status updates for initiatives.
• Establish and maintain a consistent project framework, including templates, milestones, and governance artifacts.
• Create and deliver leadership-ready portfolio reports, scorecards, and narratives to support decision-making.
• Provide hands-on project management support to ensure initiatives stay on track, including dependency and risk management.
• Facilitate governance forums, document decisions, and enable project leaders with coaching and support.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on multi-stream initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience in portfolio reporting and executive communication.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams for reporting and documentation.
• Strong facilitation, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders and managing risks, dependencies, and project artifacts
