Description

You will drive project delivery by combining IT project management expertise with Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule milestones, tasks, and objectives.
• Create project documentation and plans covering goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risks, and resource allocation.
• Document current and future state business processes in collaboration with business partners.
• Coordinate technical design reviews with IT staff.
• Participate in the PMO management team to own and support issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven experience transitioning from traditional project management to Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working within the financial services or banking industry.
• Proficiency with Planview or Jira.
• Expertise in Kanban facilitation and conflict resolution.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and increase transparency.
• Strong situational awareness and stakeholder relationship management.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as CSM, PMI, CSP, SCRUM, CAPM, SCM, SA, SPC, or ACP.
