Description

You will own project delivery and manage client relationships from initiation through completion.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to build trust, acting as their advocate and coach.
• Manage stakeholder communication across all levels, adapting your approach as necessary.
• Develop and manage project plans, tailoring communication formats for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support customers in setting priorities, building roadmaps, and driving execution with a user-first mindset.
• Proactively identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating appropriately when needed.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in leveraging existing Project Management Tools for delivery tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope changes and change requests.
• Strong capability in identifying risks and issues early in the project lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating projects involving multiple Service Delivery Leads across different regions.
• Ability to manage project budgets in coordination with sales partners.
