Description

Own cross-functional coordination for medical device and combination product development programs from development through commercialization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestone trackers, and action logs.
• Partner with engineering, quality, regulatory, clinical, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to support aligned execution.
• Coordinate core team meetings and program reviews by preparing agendas, capturing decisions, and documenting action items.
• Track project progress against milestones and escalate risks, delays, or cross-functional issues.
• Support preparation of project dashboards, status reports, and milestone review materials for leadership meetings.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience in medical device or combination product development.
• Strong understanding of quality system, design control, and regulatory expectations.
• Experience with supply chain coordination and external partner management.
• Proficiency in creating project plans, risk/issue tracking, and change management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to support readiness for design reviews, phase gates, verification, validation, and design transfer.
• Skills in Supply Chain and Project Management.
