Description

Leads complex, multi-year projects impacting multiple lines of business, managing scope, resources, and financials from initiation through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and requirements in collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Develop integrated project plans, identifying dependencies, critical paths, and milestones while adhering to policy standards.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource utilization, while consolidating vendor labor performance.
• Lead communication planning, change management, and issue resolution, performing impact analysis and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate project checkpoints, business case development, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful handover to business-as-usual functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Proficiency in managing project scope, changes, deliverables, and value propositions.
• Experience with budgetary requests, financial forecasting, and resource planning.
• Ability to coordinate virtual teams and direct third-party resources.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent.
