Description

You will manage multiple projects and lead a team of over 10 members in an onsite capacity in Panaji, Goa.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10+ members, including managing different projects and acting as a Scrum Master.
• Manage project constraints using the Project Management triangle concept.
• Oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for all assigned projects.
• Operate within an Agile environment using Jira to track progress and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in project management.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments using Jira.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC.
• Experience managing teams of 10 or more people.
• Ability to work onsite in Tiswadi, Goa.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience participating in ISO certification processes or audits.
