Description

You will lead cross-functional digital projects for the Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions group.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital product solution workstreams from strategy development through execution.
• Coordinate with external consulting partners and internal stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Track and communicate project risks, critical path items, and dependencies to resolve issues.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports.
• Ensure all digital solutions adhere to pharma-specific compliance, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience focusing on digital projects in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendor relationships.
• Expertise in MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of patient engagement technologies and digital platforms in regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and communicate roadblocks to leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within large matrixed organizations.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives at a top-tier pharma company.
• Deep understanding of compliance and data privacy within pharmaceutical digital solutions.
