Description

You will lead SAP SuccessFactors cloud implementations from initial scoping through to post-go-live support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle using SAP Activate Methodology, including baseline plans, staffing, and budget tracking.
• Drive customer readiness by facilitating scoping workshops, kick-offs, and weekly status updates while managing risk registers.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects to define instance, integration, data migration, and cutover strategies.
• Govern project health via steering committees, SAP Jam documentation, and ensuring timely billing milestones.
• Act as the primary customer interface and shield for consultants to remove delivery barriers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing Cloud and ERP implementation projects.
• Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM product suites.
• Experience with SAP Activate Methodology and project governance frameworks.
• Ability to manage testing strategies and cross-module data integration.
• Strong competency in change management, training strategy, and communication planning.
• Bachelor's degree.
