Description

You will manage all aspects of assigned professional services projects, ranging from product implementations and infrastructure build-outs to internal application enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project lifecycles from initiation through delivery, managing scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead hybrid teams and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery within budget constraints.
• Manage project risks, issues, and resource forecasting to maintain delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, including product development, sales, and external clients.
• Execute project closure activities, including formal acceptance, handover documentation, and post-implementation reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in PDLC (Product Development Life Cycle).
• Experience managing project budgets and financial forecasting.
• Deep understanding of PMBOK frameworks.
• Proven ability in Quality Management and maintaining operational standards.
• Experience managing team performance and supervising contractors.
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities with transparency to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
