Description

Own the end-to-end delivery of complex projects within the financial services or capital markets domain. Translate business needs into actionable requirements and drive cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, resource needs, and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to break down work and manage detailed project plans.
• Maintain RAID logs and track critical path activities to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, QE, and vendor teams to ensure timely execution.
• Lead governance reporting, communicate progress, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management and business analysis.
• Strong skills in planning, stakeholder communication, and cross-team delivery.
• Experience with enterprise-level governance and reporting (e.g., RAG, status decks).
• Domain knowledge in financial services or capital markets.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Proficiency in documenting functional specifications.
• Experience bridging the gap between business and technology teams.

Preferred Skills

• PMP® or equivalent certification.
