Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technology initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of business cases, project roadmaps, and executive briefing materials.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk across the entire lifecycle.
• Coordinate technical teams and cross-departmental stakeholders for alignment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and PMO documentation.
• Guide projects through enterprise architecture governance and approval processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in IT project management delivering complex technology initiatives.
• Experience working within government or public-sector project governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple project priorities.
• Expertise in IT Project Management and Project Management principles.
• Proficiency with .net, Asp.net, Microsoft Windows, Ms Sql Server, Java, and Oracle.
• Familiarity with Tfs or similar development and collaboration tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Recent experience developing IT roadmaps, business cases, and strategic project deliverables.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and decision-makers in complex organizational environments.
