Description

Lead end-to-end application development projects, managing planning, execution, and closure while integrating AI-driven features.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles, including risk mitigation, resource allocation, and milestone tracking for senior leadership updates.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and frameworks to enhance application functionality.
• Mentor team members on AI concepts and best practices for integration.
• Ensure quality assurance, compliance, and effective cross-functional communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing software/application development projects.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts: machine learning, NLP, and neural networks.
• Familiarity with AI development tools: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI model development, deployment, and monitoring in production.
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven technical solutions.
• Understanding of data management, analytics, and ethical considerations in AI.
