Description

You will lead project teams to execute data and AI initiatives using agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement change management processes for scope deviations.
• Report project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices within the project team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management and agile delivery.
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in a Data and AI organization.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of SAFe, Scrum, Agile, or Kanban frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with data analytics concepts and delivery workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Coursework or certification related to Agile, Scrum, or project management.
• Program management support experience.
