Description

Document procedures and deliver training programs for technology project management within the Center of Excellence team.

Responsibilities

• Create and update job aids, templates, forms, checklists, flow diagrams, and presentation decks for Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs for technology project managers via virtual and in-person sessions.
• Consult with subject matter experts and CoE members to develop technical documentation and training content.
• Manage process improvements across the portfolio by conducting audits and capturing findings to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with program managers and business leaders to identify training needs and align solutions with organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 10 years of overall IT experience with a heavy emphasis on technology project management.
• 3+ years of experience creating procedure documentation such as job aids, templates, forms, and flow diagrams.
• Proven experience creating and delivering training programs to large audiences.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management principles and practices.
• Experience working within a PMO or Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Ability to conduct audits and capture findings or patterns for process improvement.
• Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex technical issues to multiple audiences.
• PMP certification and/or VITA PM certification (required for consideration).
