Description

Lead in-person training sessions for project managers and drive process improvements across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and coaching to project managers and project teams.
• Provide guidance and management to project teams.
• Drive continuous process improvements within the PMO.
• Collaborate effectively within both remote and local team environments.
• Present to large audiences in person.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience working within a PMO.
• 5+ years of experience providing training and coaching to project teams.
• Expertise in Microsoft Project and Project Server/POL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage and guide project teams.
