Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across wealth management initiatives, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional groups to drive execution
• Manage AI-related initiatives, including implementation, integration, or process optimization using AI/ML capabilities
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, including senior leadership updates, risk tracking, and decision-making support
• Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactively
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery
• Drive adoption and change management across impacted teams

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• 8–12+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management
• Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, including business and technology teams
• Recent, hands-on experience working on AI / Machine Learning initiatives
• Experience delivering projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
