Description

You will lead end-to-end project delivery for wealth management initiatives, managing timelines, scope, and quality. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across wealth management initiatives, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional groups to drive execution and define project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Manage AI-related initiatives, including implementation, integration, or process optimization using AI/ML capabilities.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, including senior leadership updates, risk tracking, and decision-making support.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactively while driving adoption and change management across impacted teams.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management.
• Recent, hands-on experience working on AI / Machine Learning initiatives.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, including business and technology teams.
• Experience delivering projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

• Experience with change management strategies.
